Great process, along with great training with a store training manager who really knows there stuff, toolstation is a great company to work for along with all the benefits they off the staff
Very easy. You will have to create a presentation and a simple business plan. Interview is in person with area manager. You will get to observe the service and the store for 30 minutes.

I received A Telephone interview with a lady from toolstation who interviewed me at good time for myself. After my telephone interview I was explained about a swot analysis with the regional manager
