U need to answer about more than 10 questions, need to submit 8 documents, there is a quick face to face check on your basic knowledge. It is a great and adventurous IV so far.

Panel interview, Emphasised on personality, team work, leadership and the particular discipline you are interested in. Knowledgeable interviewers with a small flaw of no feedback given after the end of session. Generally undergraduate friendly.
