The recruiter contact me in Linkedin. She gave me her number to call her back. By in our call she quickly explained the role and they only do Company to Company, no W2 option. She said wanted to do a Skype when I came back from my trip. She scheduled the Skype but didn't show up to the meeting. When I contact her she said she was sick and she'll call next day. She didn't. No other explanation was given.
Our apologies for your experience with us. We place consulting professionals only with companies in the Tri-State area and made an exception in this case for a client who needed resources out of our geographic area. Logistically for this role any candidate outside of the tri-state would have had to meet via Skype as was relayed to you. We have discussed your experience with the recruiter who scheduled with you and who did in fact reach out once she returned – I believe in this case the role did not work out as you had previously worked for the company concerned. The circumstances here were unusual and punctuated by illness – an occasionally unavoidable situation and not typical of the service that we provide.
