Tech screening and then tech interview, leetcode style questions. Then there was a take home project.. not in-person. all done remotely and online. Good interviewers, helpful, easy process and good communication
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Toptal in Apr 2019
Interview
- Passed the first interview.
- Passed the first code challenge (2-hour test with 2 coding challenges).
- Failed the second code challenge, where the interviewer was monitoring my screen and seeing me through my webcam. I got anxious, and I literally couldn't do anything, so I failed the challenge.

- In the first interview, I was asked about my coding skills, languages, and projects I worked on.
- The first code challenge had 2 questions that I had to answer in 2 hours.
- The second code challenge was just 1 question, and I think I had to do it in 30 minutes, but I don't remember exactly.

4 step interview. small hr call , then technical interview with 3 easy-medium problems. third step was project and after that another call with hr. overall not hard to pass
