I had an introduction call with a recruiter that asked me about things I mentioned clearly on my resume & linkedin profile.
After that, I did a codility test which i got 100% on all sections, The codility consists of 3 sections, first two sections were SQL, and the last was a simple problem solving question (i used python).
After that, I received an email to schedule a technical meeting, the email clearly mentioned the interview will be an extensive technical interview, SO i go ahead, schedule a slot, prepare my self and set for the interview.
The technical interviewer asked me again about general questions I answered in the first stage, shortly After I introduced my self, I was told by him that my profile/experience does not fit the requirement of this position.
I was very disappointed and speak out that this is unprofessional behavior since Toptal got my profile info from the early stages and you wasted my time by letting me go through 3 interview stages in order to tell me that i am not even qualified to apply for this job!
