The interview was very quick, there wasn't any waste of time and it was felt throughout the whole process that they cared, which is not for granted. The process consisted of an opening talk to get to know me and my background, a home assignment and a technical interview following the assignment. At the end I had an HR talk. In conclusion the process was great!

First, the hr lady contacted me for a regular phone interview, Then, I had an interview with the CTO over zoom, about my role, project, technology I use, about them etc... Then, I got an assignment to: 1. Build a service that writes every 1 minute into a file some concurrency info. 2. Build a node+express endpoints to get data from the past x minutes + delete a chosen entry from the file that if being updated. Then, I had an interview about the assignment with 2 team leaders, whiche included code review + questions like differences between var, let, const sql vs nosql, callbacks vs promises vs async...await etc
