Interview
Applied online, called in for an individual review and a short math tests. Next was called back for a panel interview. This was more intense as you interviewed with all the floor managers, however they were all very polite and encouraging. You never felt threatened or at a loss for how to answer a question. They each asked a question. Nothing too difficult, like 'where do you see yourself in 2 years?' or what aspect about yourself is strong vs weak.

What situation have you found yourself in that you needed to come up with a solution quickly on the spot
It was really well organized New grad RN event. There was a long line that wrapped around the building so arrive early. Dress to impress, be yourself, and have some questions you want to ask.

Two interviewers for the Job Fair Day , there were different tables set up for various departments . You could interview for multiple departments but had to re wait in line and wait for your turn to interview with the department

Easygoing, straightforward. Not too difficult, panel of 6 people. Included managers, charge nurses, and staff nurses. It was about 10 mins. Got an offer within a couple of days. Other questions were just basic like tell me about yourself
