A recruiter from the Employer reached out to me through LinkedIn. I had a few questions which ended up a schedule phone interview. The interview went well. She said she had other candidates interview, which was understood and that she would contact me either way however several weeks went by and I have not heard from her. I sent follow-up emails and she practically ghosted me.
