Initial phone screen with generalized questions regarding experience, past employers etc., informal in-person interview with a few members of the technology team with questions regarding various technologies and how in-depth your knowledge goes.

Was contacted by a recruiter, did a brief phone screen and was invited in. Sat with the IT Manager (at the time) and a senior tech. Was later informed that I was being brought on and told the start-date by my recruiter. Of course this was a contracting role so the onboarding was short and mostly without fanfare.
