There are no standard process for selection in the company, now I can say that because, I interviewed quiet a lot during my stay here. The managers are least bothered about the kind of questions that are asked and the entire process is dependent more on who interviews you. The only direction that is given is that the candidate should know selenium (Which I do not know why, because there is monopoly in the little automation task that is present with certain people) and proficiency in Linux (Which is the only thing that is really required to work in this company)
