lengthy interview process, consist of 7 steps from
1. HR screening interview,
2. psychology test,
3. HR Guarantor interview,
4. User panel interview consist of direct hierarchy, middle management, and top management in the user division
5. HR Manager interview
6. Top Management in the company
The whole process typically ran for 3 months to 1 year

Question 1
you walk in, it's the final interview with top management and you are not successful, then your 1 year interview process will go to waste. He will only gave you one question to be answered in 2 minutes time only. It's a lengthy story where you were given the question only at the end of the story and you were ask to present and justify your answer within 2 minutes time.
you need to translate the story into a mathematical model to successfully answer the question, and you wouldn't have time to do a perfect simulation and calculation. thus you need to improvise and analyze as you go along answering the question.
your 2 minutes need to be used to think how you would model the question. You will then need to work your model while presenting your answer.
