I applied online. I interviewed at Total Life (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2025
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, no leetcode, simple chatting about projects and tech stacks. It was very chill and easygoing,
Round 1 - Video q/a
Round 2 - live interview with Dev team
Round 3 - Meeting with CEO
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Total Life (Brooksville, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was very simple and done via Google meet. The employee was very kind and asked great questions. I was scheduled for a second interview next week with another team member, then possibly with the CEO after that.
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Total Life in Jun 2025
Interview
The whole process contained 3 interviews followed by reference and background checks. After completing all these steps, I waited for over 2 weeks without any communication from the company. I had to reach out to the interviewer myself, only to be told they had changed hiring managers and were declining my application. Later, I noticed the position I interviewed for was removed entirely. The entire process was disorganized and frustrating.
This is a startup, but the management appears chaotic and disorganized. I don't see much potential for development or growth given these management issues.
