I had two interviews but after the second interview I decided the role wasn't for me. During the second interview with the hiring manager, we had to stop several times so he could "put out fires" for his team during the hour-long interview. It was clear they were understaffed and the job was managing chaos for 8 hours a day. Required weekend rotations didn't help their case. The pay range was woefully below a competitive level for what the job entailed (around $45k max), the final nail in the coffin.
