Interview
I applied online and got reached out to by a recruiter within a week. Within the next week, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. It was all well until this point. The recruiter didn't respond to my emails for over a month before asking me in for an interview. After the first in person interview, it took a couple of ignored emails/calls and another month and a half to get invited in for a second interview. About a week after the second interview, they called me to tell me they hired an internal applicant, because internal hires are usually preferred to outside hires. It's understandable, but I would have vastly preferred to not get strung along for about 3 and a half months to find out about it.
The interview questions were really easy, though. Barely anything technical. A lot of 'why did you apply?', etc.

Interview
I scheduled an interview with TQL's HR team for a role I was genuinely interested in. However, the recruiter never showed up to our scheduled call and did not follow up afterward, despite my email checking in. It’s extremely unprofessional to offer time slots like 4pm, if you’re not willing or available to honor them. Candidates invest time and effort preparing for interviews, and being ghosted reflects poorly on the company’s culture and communication standards. Disappointed in the experience.

1 HR round and 1 Technical interview with the hiring manager. They offered me the position initially, but the HR called me again to inform that they donot have that requirement anymore
