I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in May 2017
Interview
The process took around 3 weeks. When it came time for my final interview, I went in and shadowed two different LAE's and then went in for an hour long final interview with the branch manager. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours whether or not there was an offer, well it's been almost a week and there has been nothing. I emailed him after the interview and then emailed my recruiter after hearing nothing for 56 hours and it has been 5 days and she has yet to respond. EXTREMELY unprofessional way to go about things.

Question 1
There are three alpha females in this company, how are you going to compete with them?
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
