I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Charleston, SC)
Interview
You will have a phone or Skype interview and if that goes they will set up an in person interview. The in person interview was great! I got to shadow a few sales rep's at the Charleston office and then talk with two of the top managers. Everyone was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Russell Philpot was my recruiter and I have to say that he is the best recruiter I have worked with during my job search. He is extremely professional and is excellent at his job. Working with him was an enjoyable experience. I did not take the job because it is an inside sales job and I was looking for more of an outside sales job. However, It would be an awesome opportunity for anyone to work at TQL because it is such a great company.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Repeated communication from recruiter, but lack of devotion by actual manager at the site. They are very strict about dress code, even though they do not follow it themselves. It is daily contact from the recruitment, not only that they sent benefits , test, material, and study and material for the position itself. They even make you do job shadowing for two hours as well. This is all before you’re even given the final interview. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Application
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
I was selected for a phone interview and, as part of the process, was asked to complete training materials to learn more about the role. During this stage, the structure of the position began to resemble a MLM style approach, which ultimately did not align with what I was looking for. I chose not to move forward and accepted a different opportunity.
The interviewer was pleasant, easy to speak with, and professional throughout the interaction. However, the overall impression of the work environment seemed heavily geared toward a younger audience, with a strong emphasis on social activities. It gave the impression of a culture that prioritizes a social atmosphere over professional development.
