Interview
Three part interview: Recriuter (phone), Recruiter (in person), Hiring Manager (In person). First portion is personality to see if you fit the company, second is to not only test your ability to think but another chance to speak with the recruiter. Lastly the manager speaks to you to see if you fit what he has in that remote office. It is a revolving door type of company with a real chance to make a decent amount.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
