on site shadow with current employee. Then brief discussion with management. If you make it through that you will receive a call for a follow up interview which can be more detailed about why you deserve the position and then await a final call to accept the position.

Hiring process was phenomenal. Great environment. Interview was very open in terms of expectations being laid out and policies that would need to be followed. I received a lot of feedback from the interviewer about my answers to questions and how they thought I would preform in the role if given the opportunity.
