Third is in person interview with a office manager. You also need to take a test to see if you know your states and if you can type 30 words a minute.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
