The great process including a couple of rounds of interviews and an assessment test. Great face-to-face interview at their offices and will allow you to speak with the head of HR then the Head manager of the office.
Pretty simple standard interview. Went over my background, why I wanted a sales job, what did I think about my experiences that make me a good fit for the role etc.

Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.
The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
