Process consisted of 4 interviews: phone with recruiter, 2 zoom calls from the office, and 1 face-to-face with a manager. The recruiter I worked with was amazing and really supported me throughout the entire process. You had to take 3 tests but TQL gives you a study guide and practice test so once you put in a few hours on that, you should ace all of them easily. The role is fast-paced and they are looking for someone who is competitive and won’t take no for an answer. AR’s also need to be organized and personable. The environment is very relaxed and everyone is friendly. Only reason I didn’t take the job was because they weren’t willing to raise the base pay while another company was.

3 interviews and a shadow internally, was not pressured just to see how the day to day is. external hires have a different process. For internal workers it is much more laid back because you know the overall goal within Total Quality Logistics.
