I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process is a mixed bag. Their in house staff is young and quite well-mannered but upper management was kind of sleazy to me which ultimately led me to lose interest in working there.

Interview
Screening call, phone interview and then shadow interview offer. Had to pause because I am moving but appreciated the recruiters time in helping me learn more about the position. If I move calmly I may do the shadowing session to learn more and possibly consider the job.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
