Phone Interview, Face to Face interview or a video Interview and than one last Face to Face Interview. There was a online portion where I had to listen to sales calls and check calls, all simple. Had a slight test that you have to do but it is very simple stuff and not hard at all.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
