Done in hotel conference room. Powerpoint to learn history of company. Learn rules and regulations. People showed up late and still got the job. Shirt, tie, and slakes are best for this interview. They make minorities go to the low paying sites like Double Tree by sea world, World Marriott, and I forgot the last one. But the higher paying sites goes to none minorities for the most part. Hardly see minorities in management positions also. I would not recommend this company to anyone I love and like.

Interview
Easy interview. Just be willing to work hard and put in the hours. Make yourself available. Management notices hard workers, and Towne Park is a great company to make a career out of.
relaxed. multiple interviewees in room and they asked us questions. most of the people were trying to see if we could keep up a conversation. they asked us what our interests were and if we ever worked this kind of job. I would say that as long as you keep up a good conversation your likely to get hired.
