It was three interviews. One from each department head then one from the head VP. Was pretty simple and the questions were quite easy.
A three-phase interview typically consists of three distinct stages: the initial screening, the in-depth interview, and the final decision-making process. In the initial screening phase, candidates are evaluated based on their resumes, application forms, and possibly a brief phone or video interview. Those who pass this stage are then invited for an in-depth interview, where they are assessed on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. This interview may involve behavioral-based questions, technical assessments, and panel interviews. Finally, the hiring team reviews the feedback from the interviewers and makes a decision on the most suitable candidate for the position.

It was a really straightforward interview process, went through 3 rounds with a couple different people in the company. They held a virtual workshop for all perspective candidates before your second round to help mitigate the process.
