I applied on indeed, and was emailed shortly after to set up a phone interview. After my 10-15 minute phone interview, I was offered an in person interview for just a few days later. The process was quick and efficient.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Towsleys (Manitowoc, WI) in May 2018
Interview
VERY LONG, 2 hours and very informal. A lot of "being sold" on the company but very little about the position itself. Did not talk about how my skills would help make me successful. Seem to que in on how I knew people there. Good, bad or indifferent. Told me he would get a hold of me right away to set up follow up. I had to call them. Not impressed!

Question 1
How I knew so and so....and who else I knew that worked there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Towsleys (Manitowoc, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
Painfully long winded explanation about the company and ALL the great things the management does for the company as the workers are "family". However all I perceived was a way to make the employees think they are getting something super wonderful when they are really only getting very little. (Gave everyone - 40 or so people - a small $100 bonus when they completed a long tough order and the company made tens of thousands). Also seemed like you needed to have kids in order to fit in with their company's family events. Had only 8 minutes at the end of the interview to show and explain my portfolio and referral letters after the long company introduction & their questions.

Question 1
Too many questions to even remember. Some were way off the wall and too personal.
