I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Toyota Motor Corporation (Zaventem) in Feb 2010
Interview
I have applied for a software engineer position. The Interview process was smooth.
I had one pure HR interview, one mixed (HR & Technical) and one purely technical.
In general there was no offence, and the process was really smooth. In addition the HR people were really helpful and efficient. The HR part was dedicated to personal aspects, professional targets and responses to various difficult working scenarios (e,g. Your team is lazy but the work has to be done... What are you going to do?). The technical part was dedicated to my past work and to basic diesel engine function.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does a diesel engine works. For an engineer it should be straightforward, but for a software engineer like me, it was a little tricky.
