Two people will be in the room with you and they will ask 4 or 5 questions in the STAR format. (situation, task, action, result) Be prepared ahead of time by thinking about projects and reworld situations whether from a prior Co-Op, internship or class.

Interview
The interview was not too bad but I also had a different view since I was met at a conference so my interview process was accelerated. The screening was one day and the interview was the next day. It was very quick and conversational
Fairly simple, i only had 3 questions asked and then they asked me why I want to work at toyota. They mostly anted to know about my leadership experience and my problem solving skills.
