Phone interview. I was later called in for a face to face interview using the Star Format. It was a fantastic interview. There is no lobby as described in their email and no front desk receptionist.

Disorganized.
Toyota made multiple requests for phone interviews.
When the time for Toyota to call to conduct the interview there was no attempt by Toyota.
I was surprised to receive a rejection letter with statement it was nice to speak with me. Unfortunately, I was not interviewed so I am unsure of who they spoke to.

Applied online. Had phone screen with recruiter who then scheduled a video interview with two managers. Very efficient process. Interviews went well and were more conversational rather than technical. Entire process from application to offer took about 2-3 weeks

The interview was mostly STAR-based, behavioral questions. I went through a 3-round interview with managers and supervisors, discussing my previous experiences and overall fit for this role and culture at Toyota
