The first interview with the recruiter was great, however, the second was not. The person interviewing me was completely unprepared. He didn't have my resume open and didn't ask me a single question about my experience or how I could help the team. Instead I was required to ask him questions that were already answered in the first interview. Unprofessional and no communication in a timely manner.
