Interview
Very quick process for those coming out of military. Written and practical tests on knowledge of area of expertise. Some testing areas are not used by military such as PLC programing and use. But applied knowledge of circuitry will get you through.

Question 1
The entry interview I received from Toyota was from what I understand now as "General manufacturing repair questions." This was my first interview ever. They ask a lot of hypotheticals.
