Toyota Scion Universe interview questions

It was short and straight to the point, seems a lil old school, the GM asked to rate yourself in the position, he role play customer/employee situations, asked some questions about my experience. Didn't seem very engage, would ignore me and look at the computer. Emphasized in the fact that he will fire non talented people quick.

Pretty straightforward. They call you and tell you to come in for an interview. If the interview goes well and they give you a call back, they ask you to take a drug test and begin work.
