There are 2 rounds of interview, one with the HR and the other one with the direct superior and management.
The process was quite efficient and fast overall. The question revolve around why the decision to join this industry and where do you see yourself in 5 years time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Toyota Tsusho (Singapore) in Sept 2022
Interview
They knowingly interviewed a fresh graduate with little experience. I felt that I managed to answer all questions thrown at me, as I had done prior research on the automotive markets of the countries which the division was handling. took many weeks to get back to me just to say they decided to go with someone with more experience.

Question 1
Tell us about the trend you observe in the automotive industry in the region
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toyota Tsusho (Singapore) in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview process was very long. For an Executive position, there is a minimum of 3 rounds, if not 4 rounds. 1st: HR + Hiring Manager; 2nd: HR + Deputy GM, sometimes together with the GM (aka - HOD); 3rd: HR + EVP of the office. It seems that they do not share information because I had to repeat my story and I felt like a robot. Pity the HR that has to sit in for ALL interviews too.
