3 rounds of interviews - HR, Hiring Manager and Head of Department. Each round were professional asking about different scenario based, customer feedback and rejection handling. Final round was tough with the HoD where he gave a realistic situation he had to face and how I would've resolved it in on the spot.

Had to sell a toy as part of a group interview then did a one on one. It was very easy and just have to be creative to come up with ideas on how to sell items on the sales floor.
