      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Tampa, FL)

      Interview

Two managers asking questions. They took turns asking behavioral questions and basically wanted to get to know you as a person. They were incredibly friendly during the interview process and never really gave a hard time. They were more interested in knowing you as a person and see how you handled the interview in the first place.
