It took around a month or so for everything to be completed. But all in all the whole process wasn't overwhelming and hard. It's first a hand written interview, then followed by a polygraph test.

Interview
I applied in person and got a call 3 days later and came in for a group interview. We had to sit in a circle introduce ourselves. Then we had to pick a toy and “sell it”. Then there were individual interviews where you talked about availability
