I learned about the company during the recruitment process through first-hand experience in person at the office and Q&A sessions post-interview, so I was able to make a pretty educated decision once I got my offer. I appreciated the candor around what a day working at Traba looks like and enjoyed speaking with everyone I met. I categorized the interview as difficult because they're intentional about sourcing the right talent in order to create their high-performance culture/results.
1) Recruiter Interview
2) Hiring Manager
