The interview was performed by two of their management staff - very engaging and courteous. These are people that cause you to feel that you would genuinely enjoy working with them. Business casual works fine here. Minimal technical questions were asked - the interest seemed to be more in "soft" skills. No response was received on the interview thank-you note I sent, so I don't know what caused me to not to receive a job offer - the interview seemed to go well.
