I got an interview scheduled and literally, the interviewer was taking nap in between the questions. Questions were good and are competitive programming ones, but if you are asking these questions in interviews then I believe you want to know how the candidate is approaching the solution, how the candidate is handling the situation, but NO, the interviewer gave the question to solve, kept his head down and started taking nap after saying "tell me when done."
If the solution is the only thing you wanted to check then the online coding test was enough I believe. But you are having a one-to-one conversation it should be interaction from both sides.
This really needs to look after.
