I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tracer Labs (New York, NY)
Interview
I had 8 rounds of interviews and they were all scheduled well in advance. It started with recruiter, then the hiring manager, then four interviews with other department/teams, one with the CEO, then another man meeting with the hiring manager. And all of the interviews were very positive and more conversational.
It felt like a complete waste of time at the end after you consider all the time spent for prep and attending the calls and still not getting an offer.

Question 1
generic questions about the last project, how I dealt with conflicting priorities from stakeholders, why was leaving my current position, and there was one case study which went very well.
I scheduled a phone interview with Tracer recruiter and they didn't call me, then I emailed the recruiter to get the reason why nobody called me. They emailed me back saying sorry and reschedule the interview. We reschedule the interview and nobody called me again, I emailed them, but nobody even followed me back. I don't know maybe something happened, but at least they should notify before or don't reschedule the interview if they're not going to call.

Interview
Worked with a recruiter. Had a phone screen with Tracer, a quick take home test, and then an offer. Leighton was great at checking in and making sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
