Tractor Supply Merchandise Development Program interview questions

The company has recruiters who work solely to find potential hires, but it still takes 3 months to get a final decision. Had an interest phone call a week after I applied, then was lead on for another 2 months to finally be contacted to schedule an interview. After responding my availability to come in to interview, no response. Had to send a follow-up email a week later to find out they no longer wanted to interview with me.
