Email assignment 2. telephonic interview The process was smooth but the AVP in the 2nd round was really not in good mood and had zero intentions to agree with my opinions even though they were legit. The guy was seriously in a different mood and was so filled with negative vibes all over! (from US markets)

The HR team at Tracxn called me after seeing my profile on a job site. I asked them to email the JD. I liked it, seemed a fit and I was also ready to relocate. The HR said she will arrange an interview soon, but then I get a call after 4 days asking me about my previous payscale and nothing else. The lady on the call seemed like she was in a rush to just get done with it. I asked her when would my interview be, To which she didn't answer. I got ghosted. So, I write back to them in the email asking for an update for my interview. The HR stated that she will not be moving ahead with my application cause I am not a fit. That is hilarious cause It was the HR who called me up and said they wanted me to interview for the role. This seems very rude. Can you please humanize the recruitment process? It's a pandemic and most of us are investing our time and energy looking for jobs. This isn't a time to play around with candidates. If this HR team can ever respect the effort it would be great. It takes a big toll on our mental health in the long run. It ain't a funny business. Respect your resources Tracxn.
