General conversation on what the company needed in the future and what kind of profile this would require. In my case there was a relatively relaxed atmosphere and felt very collaborative rather than an interview. The interviewer presented about the company, the team, and the position, with room to ask questions. Afterwards, there was some conversation about difficulties they had and future projects, which would be part of the position.
