Interview process is composed of an introduction (HR/recruiter) and then 2 technical rounds of interviews.
After agreeing to my salary expectations at the beginning, we went on with the interviews.
The first tehnical interview was a technical discussion on various topics like Docker, Kubernetes, my previous projects and implementation.
The second interview was more in depth regarding Kubernetes, Networking, automatic deployments.
In the end the feedback was positive and I was expecting their offer, but they tried to negociate again my salary expectations mentioning they are too high (despite talking about them before the first interview).
After a month of waiting they didn't come up with any offer. I'd say this interview process has been a waste of time.
