I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2013
Interview
Had a brief interview with my potential direct supervisor, than flew to Milwaukee, was asked at the airport if I wanted the job. Replied yes. Flew home. Started next week. I am sure there was a dire need, but there was no qualifying questions or detailed direction to the position or the expectation of the role. At many levels, this is entry level hiring. The pay structure and leadership is reflective of that.

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was very thorough. I had multiple face to face interviews as well as phone interviews. There were other current tradesmen employees that had to vouch for me as well. They wanted to make sure that I was the right fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Austin, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Interview with project coordinator at local office for paperwork then move on to phone interview with the general manager or area manager Then in office training at local branch and one week training at US headquarters in Ohio
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview with project coordinator at local office for paperwork then move on to phone interview with the general manager or area manager
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tradesmen International
Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter who did a good job discussing role, company etc. Second was a phone interview with an Area Manager. Less than professional and somewhat pessimistic, talked about how “salespeople never really last”, asked to meet in person but said he’d call once he knew his schedule. No call, sent him a follow up email, no response.
