Traffic Optimiser interview questions

It took 3 hours. First interview was a presentation of your CV, second one was very very specific questions about Google Analytics, Adwords, Excel and other programmes. The third one was a translation text that contained technical words, impossible to translate without a dictionary. The last interview was with the head of the company about the current role. They made me wait for a long time and nobody cared much about my CV, they were all "too busy" to attend me. And all of this was just for an unpaid internship... shameless.
