Had a chat with one of the managers, spoke about hours and days I would be available to work, looked over my application and previous experience, talked about the role and where I would be working.

Easy, laid back interview. Basic questions, pretty much hired on the spot. Questions like "what previous experience do you have?", "why do you want to work in retail?" Stuff like that.
