My interview was with 1 staff from every position in the service department, totaling 9 staff members. In order for it to be the most productive, it was scheduled as panel interviews, back-to-back, 4 staff in one and 5 in the other. If I could share one tip- be sure your answers are short and concise. They were unwilling to provide feedback on how I can improve, which I found disappointing. I also invested my time in interviewing. This was one thing I found myself when self-reflecting.
