I applied through my college's career website. There was a 1:1 interview on campus which was very straight forward. I explained my resume and was asked a few behavior based questions. The second round interview was on site in North Carolina and was two days long. The first day was spent meeting people and listening to presentations. I also received a case study to complete and present the next morning. There is not a lot of time given for the case study and many students had been traveling all day. the next day consisted of a presentation and another 1:1 interview. My interviewer frequently checked his phone for text messages and even answered the phone once. It was incredibly unprofessional.
