It was a harrowing and delayed. The HR was extra chatty and the overall experience was demotivating. It took them for ever to finish the process and went more than a month, so immediate joiners can look elsewhere.

Formal, first with phone recruiter from the company then a group interview with 5 people from sales to plant and store manager to regional vp of sales attended, interview lasted 40 minutes with about 15 questions

varied but they use the star method and like to stick to it, situation task action result, vary from that format and they will re ask the question as they really like that STAR process, so stick to that script

Interview
Very professional interview process. It could be more clear about the job requirements. Long travel time outside the state not completely disclosed during the phone interview and it was mentioned during face to face interview as a big surprise. However, they do help you prepare for their type of open ended interview process and make you very comfortable.
